Refund policy
- Communication and Refunds:
- We will notify you if any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is needed.
- If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be resolved depending on the bank’s resolution period.
- Your refund will be reflected in the source account within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, please contact your bank.
- Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:
- If a cancellation request is received before the order is processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
- Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations:
- We prioritize efficient order processing and discourage cancellations after order processing.
- Charges for Cancellation/Returns:
- A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations of orders before process and ₹100 for returns of orders (RTO) that have left the warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have a specified shipping charge limit mentioned during checkout.
